Hard to reach Travis of WT90 grinders

Hey guys, I have a problem. I have money in my pockets to buy the TW90 grinder but I can't get a hold of Travis to ask him some questions about his grinder:

What is the lead time I should expect and some answers concerning some his grinder options that are alluded to on his website but not spelled out.

Anyone know why I can't get ahold of Travis? Is he sick, on vacation, at trade shows?.

I have left him several phone messages and e-mails from his web site.

Thanks in advance for your responses.

I don't know but I do know I tried to get an additional arm for mine and can't get it either, I am big on customer service so not real happy about it. I am his friend on fb and I know he got my request.
 
Well guys I couldn't wait any longer, 2 hours. I bought a TW90 grinder today. After I ordered my grinder, all of the questions that I had about the grinder were answered by the ordering process. It cost $270 to ship from Arizona to New Orleans and it will take 4 - 6 weeks to arrive. Also after reading the website more carefully I realized that the larger contact wheels can be bought from Bader.

It appears that Travis relies on his website to handle all of his orders instead of by phone. The website was very efficient at doing the transaction.
