Good morning everyone! I am brand new here ( duh...) and thought an introduction was appropriate.

Given name is Wayne, and I've collected for many years, randomly. Only got serious about getting the knives I want in the last 5 or 6 years though.

I don't have a lot of knives, but they are all users. I carry at least one every day, sometimes two. My primary EDC is a small fixed blade in a pocket sheath that I designed and had built..it's what I needed/wanted in a knife, so it won't be everyone's ideal, but it is mine.

Looking forward to a lot of learning on my part, and perhaps a contribution of knowledge at some point too! ( you never know...it COULD happen...)

thanks for the welcome Dick! I'm in Regina, Saskatchewan...dead in the middle of the Canadian Prairies..
I would love to tackle a build myself, but we're relatively new to the city ( we spent much of the last half decade a full days drive away from here), and I haven't met any builders locally to "tutor" me.
We do have some pretty terrific builders here, though; Kirby Lambert lives a couple of kilometers away from me. Haven't met him, however I doublt he has time for an old retired guy wanting to learn.
