Hey guys, I don't know Jim personally, but I hate to see someone with as much experience as him be in a rough spot. Long story short, he moved to Florida from NV and thought he had enough money to get his shop finished and he ran out of money. So he's stuck with no source of income. I've read a couple of his books including "the pattern welded blade" and he really knows his stuff, would hate for him to lose everything.
