Just kiddin with ya Gliden...I don't know how it got here but it's pretty funny stuff.
I saw a straight, plain grained axe handle a fella did where he charred it then followed that up with a good rubbing of ebony stain. Looked pretty good. Shoot, maybe even paint it red like a Mora.
On a serious note: A teak handled sailing knife would be awesome. I'm thinking full-on nautical theme. A teak handle with brass accents and a turk's head pommel. Or a marlin spike folder with teak scales and brass liners. Crusty old salts like Ken H would definitely appreciate it!
