Buffalo and Mesquite Drop Point
This knife was a collaboration between myself and my brother Jason (jkf96a) for our dad for Christmas that includes modifications made by Dad himself. I tapered the tang and did the handle and filework, and Jason ground the bevel, did the heat treat, and will make the sheath. The bolsters are Indian water buffalo horn with stainless pins, and the handle is stabilized mesquite that Stan Buzek sent me a long time ago (Thanks! I stretched it to two knives Stan!) with a stainless and copper mosaic pin. I’m pretty sure Dad will like it.
