First knife on new Grinder

Here is me first knife in the new grinder. 8.5 inch Gyuto. 1084 with Wenge scales and whit G-10 liners. Its hard to tell because I am horrible at pics but this thing is much cleaner than what I could do on the Griz.

Yes I should have used a sanding sealer but I got impatient.

That looks like the blade should really rock on that point to chop the vegies. That looks like a very functional kitchen knife.

3/32” for that one. When the customer likes a little weight in the knife I use 1/8. Thanks for the compliments.
