Got this one finished up this morning. Great day to be in the shop - rainy, just a bit cool, good music on the radio and Wenge is a great wood to sand and polish.
1084 steel, white brass pins and micarta lanyard tube with para-cord and bone button.

Love it, OP! I dig the shape and I really like the grind lines. I do have a question about white brass though. Does it tarnish? Where do u get it? And what is it? Lol

Thanks Kevin.
I called it white brass/but I think it's actually nickel silver. I can't remember where I got it but I'll find out and let you know. It does not tarnish as far as I know.

Thanks Kevin.

Oh yes, nickel silver. I use it all the time. Hadn’t tarnished yet.

Op, how thin do you grind your edges pre HT?
Kevin, I do all my grinding post heat treat/tempering. I was a little wary at first but I can't imagine doing it any other way now. This was actually suggested to me on another post last year. I wish I could remember who suggested it. Fresh belts are a must - as someone said - use belts like they are free ;)

This is a no nonsense edc hunter that covers all the bases very welll indeed.
Thanks Von! I really like this shape and it does make a great EDC. It is a popular shape for the few different blade styles I make. Although on my latest batch, I went with a few new designs.
