Let us know how that oven works for you. Is it a 220 or 110 volt?
It looks like the controller is the same as what I have on my Paragon oven.
A couple notes, be careful of "fat fingering" the controller. It is really easy to shut off the oven when touching the Edit button during a heating cycle. To see the on-screen graph you have to go into the Edit screen. I now use a pencil with eraser to touch the screen. There is a setting in the controller to calibrate the screen, but that doesn't seem to eliminate the issue.
BTW, by using the WiFi connection, you can download your heat treating data to your computer, instructions are in the Bartlett manual. Then if you want to get real Nerdy, you can make a graph of the actual heat treating cycle.
The only irritation I have with the Bartlett controller is that the manual is largely written for making ceramics. A minor thing that doesn't really effect the controller.
With this oven you've now jumped into the deep end and EVERYTHING is heat treatable - have fun!
