Frame handle that I continue to play with. Soooooo many mistakes, but got past them. I’m keeping this one for testing and ideas. I change it daily! Lol.

steel from Baker Forge, copper everything, and mammoth ivory scales. Frame is 1084 as it was all I had the correct thickness.
Vote for clean, brushed copper, or aged?
I plan on a few more acid dips to bring out more pattern details, but finding I have to do shorter dips and then clean off the copper when it runs. Going to just pin it on and keep it as a takedown.

The copper was meant to be aged to a green color to match the greenish tint in the ivory. Better pics in daylight tomorrow. Only thing is I have to clear coat that.

I'm thinking a copper finished to match the copper stripe in the blade. I LOVE that copper stripe. I've just finished a go-mai billet with copper layer. Looking good.

I am playing with idea of having both. Carve out something on the spacer or guard that matches.
