The knife at the top is the first one of these I made a some time ago. The two others are at different stages, the lower one still needs lightening holes, both will have Kingwood scales. I enjoy finding interesting patterns once I start shapening them.

After the lower one is rough fit for scales, they get a 220 grind and then into heat treat and tempering for final grind, then fit and finish. Then 19 more to go.

I don't know if it's a blessing or a curse, but I do know it is stressfull.
I had been averaging 3-4 a week, now there are orders almost daily.
I revamped my website and it leapt forward.
I'm seriously thinking about stopping taking orders and just doing a "for sale" bulletin board type thing.
My goal was to support my knifemaking for charity auctions by selling a few here and there. This is becoming a job and I've already double retired. Thanks for the kind thoughts.

Heat treated, tempered, final grind to 600 grit, ready for his pants now. Once the epoxy dries I'll cut and peen the pins, final shape and sand the scales and put shiney stuff on it. Has to go out on Saturday.

Finished this late yesterday, 15n20, RHc 63, waxed Kingwood, blade right at 3".

The sheath is just a stunt double I use for photos, my leather skills are sadly lacking. Couple that with old Arthur in both thumbs and hand sewing leather puts me on the sidelines for a couple days.
