Here is a knife and display box I made for the US Calvary and Armor Association.

That's a beauty.

The blade is forged from a bar of W2 it is 12.5 long and 2.5 wide 3/8 thick. the guard is a mild steel and the handle is buckeye burl. The case is buckeye and walnut.
