I have a Craftsman Scroll Saw model# 113236130; 13". I pick it up for free. It run good and look slightly used.

Would anyone happen to have a User manual I could get a copy of?

It looks to take the 6" blades? I need to know if they are with or without "pins"?

Thanks.

Most scrolls saws are pretty simple.
Just unplug the thing and tinker with it.
There should be a screw knob to loosen to give enough slack to get the blade in and then tighten it back up and listen for a nice high note when you strum the blade.
You should be able to see if there are pins in the blade if it has a blade in it? I can't remember seeing a Scroll saw without pins in the blades?

I beleive it will cut on the down stroke, so you want the teeth down.

I have a Sear's scroll saw with a plain end blade holder. The blades are the same size as jeweler's saw blades and there is a large assortment of blade sizes and types available. The blades are no fun to change though. ...Teddy
