Couple knives with tigerwood handles.

Had these blades laying around so i added the guards and handles. First off i cut the guards from wax and had them cast in a white bronze material. They came out very nice with very little porosity in the metal. I also tried some tigerwood i got from a fellow kd member archer moon. I really like this wood. Its light and takes on a nice color with a little tung oil. Although i consider myself still an amateur a very rewarding experience to finish them up.

Thanks guys. The cast guards certainly give me some interesting carving options that would be very difficult to do otherwise.
