Chopper question.

I’m needing material suggestions for a chopper I’ve been asked to build. The ask was, “something I can really get nuts and beat on, and chop things”. He wants a 13” blade. Heat treat not withstanding, my oven isn’t big enough, so I’ll be sending it out for treatment.

I was actually impressed with the 6150 I tested recently. I reviewed it here a few weeks ago. The price is right for sure.
