My neighbor's were walking their dog past my garage the other day, as they do daily. I had the handle of this knife in my hand and their dog was sniffin' up a storm. I held the handle out just in front of the dog's nose and he sniffed and then sat down and started licking his chops. Right then and there I told the couple that I was going to name this knife "Chop Licker".
The 6 3/4" blade was forged from a F350 leaf spring. The over all length is 12" and it has a handle from the bone that grows inside an African Eland's horn. The guard is copper and the bolster and butt cap are buffalo horn. This sheath , made by my friend KT, is only a prop for this knife. Looks good though.
As always comments, good, bad or other, are always welcome.
