CERAMIC KNIVES

Hey dogs,

I have a ceramic knife that was packaged with no edge on it. Are these kind of blades hard to sharpen. If anyone has any pointers I would really appreciate it.

Generally those type of blades require lapidary equipment to sharpen.

Their is an awesome video on youtube on ceramic knives how they are made and how they are sharpened. It is not an easy thing to do. They by the way when sharpened are the shapest knife known to man. My guess is its a santoku knife.
