"Can" Welded Billet!

Today, Tim and I finished up a video on building, forging, and finishing out a "Canister" welded billet. I made several billets of mosaic to include in the "can".....along with some bearings, and 1095 powder mixed with 9% pure nickel powder...... LOTS of steel! I'll have blades from it at the Blade Show, and should have plenty left over for sale!

Here's a blade made from the above steel. The video is pre-heat treat, at a 220 grit finish. Can't wait to see it when it's pimped out to 1200 grit and etched! This one is bound for the Blade Show in June!
