I love making any kind of Damascus, if you are a forge welding nerd like me you must see this...This is a new study from Larrin Thomas where he looks at Pattern Welded (Damascus) Steels and tests them in very interesting ways. He gets some unexpected results. Its very worth the time to watch it. Larrin if you see this post thank you for posting this study sir.

You got that right Daniel. I really do not know why I like it so much but I do. If I had more time to devote I think I could be happy just making and selling billets to other makers.
