Buffer question

Anyone have any experience with the Shop Fox Buffer sold by Grizzly? I need to upgrade my buffing system as it is old and lacks enough clearance. I know a Baldor is the way to go but want to save some cash for now.

It is a shaft and bearings...add your own motor. Not sure what else to say.

I have the Baldor buffers but I guess an advantage to that type deal is you may be able to use a step pulley and get different speeds from the same buffer. By the time you get a good quality motor and get everything needed to wire and hook it up you probably aren't going to save as much as you would think though. Not unless you already have a motor and bunch of stuff laying around.
