After a very late night and a very early morning... A far-cry from the breacher I posted yesterday.

1084, 1/8"
3-14/16" blade
8-9/16" overal
flat ground, finished with 45x norax on bevels, hand sanded flats to 800
Spalted maple and black linen micarta with CF pins

This knife will be raffled off locally only to raise money for the local running store, to help fund renovations to the store. The owner does SO much for the Memphis running community, we are rallying as a group to spruce up the store for him. We've already pulled up the old (FUNKY, SWEATY) carpet and stained the floor a deep rust color. Next is to redo both bathrooms, including adding showers. No cheap-task there!

Great looking wharny- great contrasting materials and looks very practical- and great that you are helping a good cause too.

Thank you. Spalted maple is my #1 favorite wood, and the handle was supposed to be ALL maple. But one errant mistake while countersinking for a corby, and we now have a black bolster. :)

I am too Jeff... It seems to maximize the amount of usable blade you can get for the length.

A few sheath pics. the clip is just on there because I got bored... It works well for IWB though.

thanks Franklin... I just wish there was a way to "cleanly" attach it and keep it from swiveling.

Maybe move to the right and use the two bolts were the welt would go,drill a hole for the second bolt? just my 2 cents?

Good point. I've not tried to drill these spring clips before. I don't guess they'd been too bad to drill, as long as I clamp it down.
