A friend gave me this elk leg bone that was already formed into a hide scraper. It had no frills at all just a plain bone color. I asked him if I could take it and give it a little make over and this is what it looks like now. The blade is 5" long and the total length is 10 1/2". I dyed the bone, carved some symbols on the blade and gave it a raw hide wrap with a lanyard that has an antler tip as a bead. As always any and all comments are welcome.
