It finished pretty easy. I hand sanded to 1000 and put about 10 coats of tru-oil Caffery style.

Nice! Love the black palm. I've used a fair amount of it and am always on the lookout for bias cut blocks.

Thanks guys. I am going to make a few more from 15N20. That stuff really hardened up well in simple HT. Plus it took a really uniform satin finish, which you cannot tell from the horrible photography.
