Balisong Kit Input Needed -- Give us your thoughts

I know...it's been busy here lately...we will do *something*..
 
Well, this thread started on 1-25-2010 and its 6-11-2010, hmm, take your time? I know you are busy too, I'll have to make my first one from scratch as I'm chomping at the "kit"!!

Really Tracy, I am kidding, a gentle spurring perhaps.

one downside to bein' a Canuck is I miss out on goodies like this...:sad:
 
Marlowe makes the only balis that really make my motor hum...
The 'traditional' balis don't really do much for me,
but his style does it for me!
 
Is this a dead issue ? I always wanted to try my hand at making a bali , and thought this would be a great way to start . Looking forward to any info .
 
not dead at all. I need to have 10 kits here but the problem is the pivots and stand offs i have won't work with it so I have to get some custom machining done. My machinist has at least 10 jobs ahead of those before he can get these drawn up and made for me.
