Author's kitchen knife

I'm Anton. I am from Russia and represent a group of blacksmiths. Experience of blacksmithing more than 15 years. We produce knives, blades and axes of different designs and functionality.

Now I want to introduce you to the kitchen knife, which won a prize at the last exhibition of knives in Moscow at the end of 2018. These knives have received a lot of positive feedback on working with them, both from ordinary users and from professional chefs of our capital.
Characteristics of the knife:
- knife overall length (mm): 310
- knife blade length (mm): 180
- knife width (mm): 40 max
- a thickness of a butt klinka (mm): 2
- hardness (hrc): 58-60
- the composition of the blade: center - 9KHS (tool alloy steel), lining - U10 (carbon steel), 79NM (magnetically soft precision alloy), Monel (alloy of Nickel and copper)
- material used: mokume, stabilized Karelian birch

Today, friends, it is the turn to introduce you to another kitchen knife. This knife, in my opinion, is more suitable for institutions in which special attention is paid to elegant simplicity, clear forms and contrast of light and dark colors.
