Abrasive belt questions

So far you all have helped me pick my grinder, forge, forge tools, quench oil and I am sure I am missing a thing or two. This weeks questions are in regards to Abrasive belts. Some of my questions were answered in the previous thread by Frank Hunter. What I would like to know is what you use in your shop for wood as well as steel. from start to finish what brands, grits and where you buy them. Thanks in advance for taking a moment to help me. Sorry I should specify 2x72 belts.

There is a big writeup on USA Knifemaker regarding this. Tracy nails it - I have followed a different discipline, so to speak, in the final finishing stages which may or may not work for you.
