Yes, pricey but worth it. I'll share the maker shortly, he's Russian and has been mentioned in this forum before.

I'm not like that. The more the merrier! I love how oyster knife designs remain very unique to each maker.

This design is based on a Japanese oyster knife a chef showed me. It works very well but you need to be careful, as with any oyster knife, of stabbing yourself.
