A couple more folders

I have been making a few slip joint pocket knives lately while I was in between batches of fixed blade stuff. Both of these are 154 CM stainless with jigged bone. Red one is small, 3" closed. The double bolstered one is bigger, 4 1/8" closed. Now it is back to the fixed blades for a while.

I'm just now buying all of my materials for my first folder. Question: how thick do the liners have to be to go without a bolster on the pivot (for a slipjoint)?

Thank you very much, Mr. Robinson. Boss has .048 available, so it looks like I'm going with that, anyway. I was wanting thinner liners but apparently this is a happy turn of events since it will give me the bolster-less option.
