Sorry, but I wouldn't. First, the ad doesn't say what grade of 440 so it's likely to be 440A -- widely used in cheap
factory knives but not enough carbon to actually make a good knife. Second, it's a coil -- straitening it would be
a real PIA for each blade.
 
I would at least ask if they know the grade. If they don't, then I would definitely be leary. Also understand that (as stated before) it's gonna take some effort to straighten out. Unless I'm mistaken, those coils are typically uncoiled using a machine.
It can be done by hand, but it is a pain. Especially for that thickness of stock.
