    Andrew, Thanks for the compliment! I used a file jig I made from some 0-1 scrap to get the plunge lines started and the bit that touches the guard straight. Then I ground the bevels on a sears 2x42 belt grinder. I stayed pretty far back from the edges out of pure fear :P After, I hand sanded...

    This is my third knife. I made a dagger at the request of a friend. It is 1095 with a wenge handle and bronze fittings. The blade is 5.5" and the knife is 10.5 OAl. Thanks for looking, Jim
