    My eyeball has kept me working so far. However, Whatever you find get you what you want is what you should do and sometimes it takes some extra time to get what you want. I really like that you are being really good with your layout and everything.

    Hey Guys! Just finished a new pattern and want your thoughts! Overall is 8 1/2" Blade is 3 3/4" Steel is 1095...I'm gonna start using some newer steels in my knives here soon also..just an FYI Here she is: This was when I was shaping it...gives a good idea of the wood color...

    This blade style doesn't actually have any plunges or flat "ricassso" area to make a nice place for the guard so I have to make the hole in that shape to get a nice clean fit all the way around the blade...I'll get another shot of it latter and it should make sense... Thanks Jim! There fun...
