    Milling machine for folders?

What do you do specifically with your horizontal belt grinder that you wouldn't do with your vertical grinder? Just wondering as I am in the process of making my grinder go horizontal

    Resin casting WIP

Yeah I actually use cactus juice to stabilize a lot of the wood I use. It works great! I have some on hand I plan to stabilize this pinecone with. From my experiments so far, the heat of stabilizing the wood doesn't seem to affect the resin. It softens up a tiny bit while hot but hardens right...

    Resin casting WIP

Good question, yes the cone will be stabilized. The core of it is actually fairly soft. I will post pics of stabilizing and let you know how it goes. Once that's done it should be pretty solid! Windriverwild.com Instagram - windriverwild

    Black knive blade ???

So do you guys etch these with the handle on? Does it not affect the epoxy? If you etch it before you put on the handle, how do you transition where the black is ground off the tang when shaping the handle? (Assuming a full tang of course) if anyone has any pictures of this that would be...

    Hidden Tang Construction, my way

Thanks for the tutorials I love going through them! I have a question about the superglue finish. Is the purpose of the debonder just to smooth out the bumps or does it help the super glue soak in better? Also, do you sand with the debonder?

    Home stabaliztion using cactus juice

I will second that turntex is the way to go. I bought some cactus juice from him and received a shipping refund because he was able to send it cheaper. Super good customer service, and I also searched all around and you can't beat his prices
