    I don't know of any small bearings that could withstand those RPM's. I would turn some 6061 round stock to look like a mini dumb-bell then fit large bearings on the ends.BOOM DONE.

    Just a thought but, couldn't you install those small bearings into larger ones? You would have to machine or change the bracket.

    Update, been very busy at work, my wheels came in. Platen almost done that slot for the angle is a bear. I'm trying to decide on a shock or compression spring for belt tension. I want to buy a cooling platen from PM if he's still doing them. I was thinking about a ball screw belt tension idea...

    Never have enough light. I have been beefing lighting up in my shop, I thought I had enough until I noticed when I took pictures with a decent camera then zoomed in on my laptop. I saw so much more work to be done with the pics its amazing but far from convenient , also looking into jewelers...

    AEB-L 7 3/4 Leopard wood, brass pins Flat grind I am not happy with my MMark. I think changing it to a symbol or smaller is what I should do in the future.

    Like I said my charger is small 4amp 12 volt works well try it at your own risk I also use a paint mask for the stencil, had a sign shop make me 200 stencils for 20bux

    Awesome work Fred, Bubble jig is the best. I got a chance to use my Kool mist setup with some AEB-l, never going back to dry grinding also keeps the dust in check.
