    I don't normally wear glasses (I use contacts) but I just tried it with mine and it works great... You do have to use 2 hands to get the jaw shroud over the corners of the glasses when opening/closing but it's not bad. Love that it works with my beard too lol

    The outdoor venting is an excellent idea unless your shop is heated and cooled, then it doesn't work very well at all. I am thinking about an inline spark arrestor probably for a dust collector, they do make those. And fyi, now is a good time to upgrade to a PAPR - they are pretty good pricing...

    Wow hope your back up and running soon! That has got to blow no matter how you look at it. Yeah I've gotta be better about making sure I don't do those 10 second grinder hits just because it's "real quick" - thanks for the reminder. It also reminds me I need a good dust collection system...

    You can mainly get warping when you are using some type of peening beed when you only blast one side of the blade. What it is doing is stretching out the metal on one side but not the other and causing a warp.

    Yeah I believe it's decarb... Happened to me with magnacut actually. But if you can surface grind it down like .005" per side it should be removed...this was after I ground the blade aides flat on my platen with a fresh 120 grit belt. But not enough metal was removed Here's what one of the...

    Yep! I love them, best part is that they are compatible with water and won't get any residue on your platen. I normally just get 220 (I generally use ceramic below that) but last time I got some 60 grit for handles and kydex work, seems to be great so far.
