Why not just move 1/16 up or down or left or right and just drill a new hole? Assuming that your blade has not been heat treated yet you can heat up that area with a torch and anneal the tap. Then drill it out.

I like it. I think that it is nice and sleek, thin and clean looking perfect for EDC. It's a well thought out design. The only thing I would change is to not put the cutout in the handle, it breaks up the lines of the knife.

Tell an inquiring customer that you have a 3 month backlog. If they still order the knife you will know if they are serious or not. Then you have 3 months to build the knife when you have time.

For me it depends on the size of the knife. For small knives I use 0-80, Med knives I use 1-72 and larger knives 2-56. If it's a big chopper 4-40.
