    Wet molding.

I'm curious as I don't know, but won't the acetone take all of the natural oils out of the leather?

3M Ultimate FX Full Facepiece Reusable Respirator FF-402 .

I wear reading glasses sometimes. I tried it one time with reading glasses and it was a bit tight but doable. Once I started working I hardly noticed it. YMMV. I think it's going to depend to some extent on your particular frames.

3M Ultimate FX Full Facepiece Reusable Respirator FF-402 .

I have one of these and it's the most comfortable respirator I've ever used. For someone who needs or wants a full face respirator this is an excellent deal.

To narrow down your search some. Any book by Murray Carter. The "$50 dollar knife shop" has already been mentioned. A bit dated in my opinion, but it still has good information. "Knife Making Hacks" by Jason Fry is also a good one. Jason is also a member here on KnifeDogs. His book is on my...

Here's the link for Larrin Thomas' book Knife Engineering on Amazon. It's quite useful, though if you are new to knife making it can be a bit demanding. If you do a search on Amazon for knife making you will find many titles. Also USAKnifemaker, who sponsors this website, has a number of books...

any good design ideas for push knives?

My understanding of having two ends is when one becomes dull you can switch to the other side and continue your work before you have to stop to sharpen. That's how I've used mine anyway. The belly of the blade I use mostly for skiving, though it can certainly be used for cutting as well.

any good design ideas for push knives?

What are you using it in the kitchen for? Anything in particular? Dicing? I just posted the leather knife you asked about earlier"What's going on in your shop" thread. But here it is again. I don't know if that's what you have in mind or not. I like your design, though I think I would want...

What's going on in your shop?

It has various names. I suppose Leather knife is most descriptive, as that is what it is mostly used for. Here is the knife out of it's sheath. As you can see it needs a lot of clean up. Rattling around in my leather tools without a sheath it got pretty banged up . Hence the sheath.

What's going on in your shop?

It's been too cold here to do much out in the shop. So I've been doing some leather work. Here is a sheath I made for a head knife that I've had for a while.
