    WANTED: American Knife History

I’d kinda like to see a book on the history of production knives. It just seems super interesting to think about a time we’re you didn’t have gas station knives and people were just solving problems to make a better knife faster

    Kukri V2

I would just like to echo what John said. Since posting the two kukris on my social media I’ve seen a spike in people visiting and following my pages and I have already got two confirmed orders and five inquiries regarding dimensions and pricing! The Kukri doesn’t chop as good as a hatchet or...

    Kukri V2

Alright so It was really bugging me that the handle on that first Kukri wasn’t as comfortable as I would’ve liked so I decide to crank out another one! This one had the same blade shape but I flared out the tail end of the handle and made the finger groove larger. This handle is night and day...

    The Finished Kukri

I’ve wanted to make a legit kukri ever since I started making knives almost three years ago. It feels great to wrap this project up and I look forward to cranking out the next one. This blade has been flat ground and it is made from 80crv2 with a G10 handle and stainless pins.

    Kukri WIP

Alright so after I got the HT done I wanted to do a stonewash finish but my etching process didn’t really work out so that’s whe I decided to have this blade cerakoted. Now instead of doing the removable scales I’m going to be premaking my handle and completely finishing everything but the pins...

    Kukri WIP

Now the blending part was a bit tricky I was having a hard time getting the lines to look clean down by the plunge line. I would title the blade and run it on the very edge of my grinder to take that curve and it worked really well but I’m not quite skilled enough to make that grind line crisp...

Hey what’s up guys! Lately I’ve been working on this Kukri in my spare time. The Kukri has always held a special place in my heart just because of the history and legend that surrounds them also the fact that it was one of the first knives I made! After I made my first one I knew I needed ALOT...

    Gut Hooks

I made one when I first started my knifemaking journey.............it was pretty rough and I doubt the hook was even that sharp but with that being said me and my Dad have used them for years on numerous deer. It’s helpful for making that first cut into the chest cavity then it’s just a pain...
