Biggest one I’m having trouble with is something to step the 1 1/2” hole in the hydraulic tank down to 1” so I can attach a hose.

Trucks been in the shop and got a call tonight the trans needs rebuilt on top of other mechanical bills and a bunch of other unexpected expenses this month so I really need this gone if you have a reasonable offer send it please.

Both. I’ve done a lot of testing on my heat treats and heat treated three pieces at 60 grit two of them cracked One was pretty major and the other was slightly lesser surface problems. Didn’t happen once I got above that I have also researched what people with PhD‘s in metallurgy have to say...

Heat treating with 36 grit finish is really asking for stress risers. I would go to a minimum of 120.
