Filet Knife Sheath I just finished. Oops'd on the dye job...

Finished this one up this past weekend. Had a dye job oops that I tried to work around. I was being really careful about keeping the darker border dye off the basket weave so I could antique it. Let that dry and decided to dye the back side (inside). Flipped it over on a clean paper towel and proceeded to brush dye all over the raw side. Let it sit for a few minutes and flipped it over. The dye had soaked through the leather and into my pattern. GRRRRRR.... who knew? Tried to blend the splotchy with a light coat over the whole thing. So, went ahead and finished it anyway it was a practice sheath I guess...
