Custom folder for a friend

I recently completed and presented this knife to a buddy. He and I got our start in law enforcement through the Border Patrol. My friend was a member REACT, which is essentially the Border Patrol's equivalent of SWAT. He collaborated with me on handle shape and the Border Patrol patch with the REACT tab.
