A pair of lion knives in 1084 that will be heading off to South Africa. It makes me feel good to know they will be in their natural habitat.

and this one is a new design that was the result of an order that came in last night. It took a couple of hours of drawing andto make a patern first in wood and then in sheet steel before I could cut out the blade. 12C27 as it is a fishermans knife and is for a local client

I spent the rest of the day grinding in the bevels and handsanding it ready for heat treat as I wanted to see how it would turn out although it will have to wait for HT till the kitchen set is done.

I like all of your knives, but that kitchen set really grabs me. Excellent lines. Those will be a joy to use.

Great work and thanks for sharing. I like all of them. Do you outsource your blades for quenching and tempering.

So got this lot all finished up today bar the sharpening and was more than a bit pleased at how the chef set finished up.
