Looking for opinions on my recent knives

KNIFE MAKER
Hi
I just completed 2 knives that i am pretty proud of. They are simple designs but they reflect the style of knives I make. I would love to get any feedback good or bad. I am brand new to this forum so if this is not the place to post i apologize. 20180318_150634.jpg
This one is 5/32 1084 with 0d green g10 handles.

This one is made of 1/8 o1. It has camo g10 handles with orange liners.

I have been making knives for a little over a year now. I have scrapped tons of steel to get to the point where i can finish a knife and be happy with it. I obviously have a long way to go and would love to hear ways to improve my finished product.

Thanks for your input.

I think they are beautiful. You have a great eye for proportion and good taste, in my opinion. You say they are basic, but I see fantastic attention to detail, particularly in the fit and finish of the handles, the jimping on the spines, and the clean grind lines. It looks like you bead blasted it before you did the grinding- and if you didn't then you did a masterful job of masking the bevels.

If there is anything at all to critique, the plunge line on that bottom one could be a tad straighter, but if the other side matches then it looks just fine. Then again, that could just be the angle the light is hitting the blade in the photo. At any rate, it looks fine.

Thanks so much for your input. I plan to work on my plunges. It is a difficult area. Both sides do match but they could be a bit sharper. The knife was bead blasted prior to grinding.

Looks great. I like the sand blast finish on the steel too. The bottom one with the multi-color micarta, your hollow shows both sand blast and grind lines. Personally I'd choose one or the other. Overall they are great and look very proportionate like others have said. Pleasing to the eye is always a great seller.

Thanks for your feedback. I am working on some nicer finishes.

Those look good. I like the contrast of the bead blasted finish next to the belt finish on the blade. The scratches at the bevel, flat transition look to be from using worn belts.

Thanks. I did use an aluminum oxide belt to finish and i think i used it for too long

Here is one more. It needs a leather sheath yet. Done in purple camel bone. It was alot darker prior to shaping but i think it still turned out ok. I did have a mishap when shaping the handle so i had to extend the finger choil. I would appreciate any feedback on the materials, design, fit and finish etc. I found everyones feedback above very useful and intend to work on the areas mentioned.
