Liner lock geometry

I'm sitting on various bits and pieces for a liner lock and am struggling with getting the geometry right (Pivot, lock face, stop pin). Anybody have any links or tips to get it right?

I'm sorry I can't help, I've always gone on the "this should work" system. It most often does - now, because of how many I've made. I would like to be shown a better way to do this. I'll just bet Don Robinson, or Calvin Robinson, not related, can help us and I hope they will. Frank

Brad,
If you were in my shop I could show you how to do it. I don't think I could instruct you by typing a response. I can mail you a pattern that you can use to start off with and when you know enough to ask specific questions I can help more.
I can and I like to teach others but I'm so slow typing that I can't imagine trying to teach something this detailed and complicated with the typewritten word.
Sorry.

Calvin.
I was hoping you might be able to do a sketch of sorts lining things up from the center of the pivot? Frank

And I would learn much better in person. Thanks Calvin.

Frank,
If you had ever seen my drawing or hand writing you would understand why not,it looks like a chicken steped in ink and scratched on the paper.
