Different Colored Pin Material??

Hey Dogs,

I have been searching and searching for different colored pin material. Does anyone know where to get any in different sizes and colors? I am looking for red, orange and blue, to be more specific. All I can find is black and natural micarta pin material.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Don't tell my wife, but I snitched a few of her knitting needles and they worked fine. She happened to have most of the colors your looking for. I'm sure the plastic they are made of isn't the greatest, but they worked in a pinch

How about turning your own from G10?

This place is one of the original suppliers of Micarta and other plastics for the knife making industry.
They use too have a bunch of pins stock sized stuff, but it's been a few years since I drove down there.

Thanks, I might have to try that out. I am just worried about them holding up long term

How about turning your own from G10?

I thought about this but I don't have a lathe and the cost is just too much at the moment. Hopefully in the near future.
