Question

I noticed that under everyone's "Name" there are a bunch of different titles like :
Gold member, alpha dog, new pack member ect... How does one get these titles? I think when I registered last year , I did click on " knife maker " I don't remember if there were other options.

Is there a spot on the forum to check that out and see what the differences are ? For instance what a gold member is ? Ect..

I hope to change to Knife Maker next year, after I actually finish a few blades. I wanted to support the site so I went ahead and got the gold membership.

Sure thing. Also, I think some of the names (alpha dog, new pack member, etc.) are given automatically depending on the number of posts that member has.

I think Steve is right about number of posts, not the quality of work or posts, triggers your status. But that's cool the more participation the better for us all.
