He dose look delicious, good hunting. There was talk about reintroducing wild turkey here in NS, but nothing ever happened.

Reintroducing them? We're they native birds at one time? I don't see how they could survive the winter there.

Nice birds Calvin. I've yet to go for a turkey. We are getting some good populations around here finally. The winters have been mild and they are thriving. I saw a half dozen cross our street last year.

Well according to historians the Acadians hunted turkeys in Nova Scotia. Actually I'm not sure how I survived this winter and I have been called a turkey more than once.

Man I love Wild Turkey! It's good to hear that you are teaching you're grandson how to hunt Calvin, I hope he gets some birds.
