Elmax Super Steel from Uddeholm - How are we going to distribute 40 bars to test?

I would be curious as to what their metallurgist say about cryo since Scott Devanna and others have told me it wasn't necessary on the CPM steels for cutlery and Carpenters metallurgists have basically told me the same thing on their steels.

Personally I'm not worried about the HT at all, I'm sure it's about the same as the other stainless steels and D2. Just need to know the specifics from their metallurgist.
 
Man,I wish I had the knowledge,skills and means to get in on this...
the only two things I could bring to the table is designing and using the knife.
I'm really excited to see what you fellas bring to life with this steel.
What would really get me stoked is if this steel were used for fixed and folder kits at some point!!
It's gonna be awhile before I'm set up to make my own,
so if there were an Elmax folder kit available in the near future I'd be on it like a tick on a hound-dog!!

Count me in. I have talked to Paul Bos Heat Treat and Paul Farner has reviewed the Elmax info and is up to speed for anyone who uses them. This should be fun!!
