    Latest Completed Project...Christmas for Dad :-)

    Here are a couple of photos of the blade I made for my father for Christmas. The steel is Alabama Damascus, (random pattern) 416 layers. The handle is clear stabilized Amboyna Burl. I used brass and Stainless for pin material.

    Some of the Neckers I've made...

    Here are a couple of the smaller blades I've made...the sheaths are oak tanned leather and have rare earth magnets imbedded in them for blade retention. All of these were made from recycling commercial mower blades... I love giving them a second life when I can! :)

    First Hatchet I made
