Who Knew Competition Throwing Knives would be so hard to find!

My eleven year old would like to purchase some competion grade throwing knives. He wants the big longer heavy ones. They call them either Arabian and/or Roman knives. He saw some great ones when watching a knife throwing instructional video...but don't cha know it..."Mr. Pearl" (the knife thrower, teacher and maker) is now retired from making knives. Any clue on how we could find what we are looking for? Or maybe get them made affordably? 14 inch, no handle, tip that widens in the middle. All i keep finding are moutain man type knives with handles. Or little tiny knives that the smallest breeze would knock off course.
