I like the information and concept, but honestly the page layout and design looks like MS Word template webpage stuff
I would try to get rid of the border between the link area and the page area
some gradient to the colored background would help
I would make the links almost double their current font size
I'm personally a fan of listing prices on every single knife, if you don't want to make any more of a particular style/pattern then you shouldn't have the picture on your website, if you DO want to make more then your customers shouldn't have to ask about the price unless they want to change something (handle material, blade length, blade material, etc)
I do realize that some guys don't agree with putting prices up and that's their decision, all just IMHO
