Views on West Systems Epoxy

Planning on ordering some West System Expoxy, but wanted to ask if anyone had any experiance with the "Special Clear" hardener? Is this as strong as the other West Systems? Also is anyone using the pumps? D they have to be cleaned after each use, or just leave them attached to the can? They look habdy just dont want to mess with cleaning them each time!

I have not used the special clear myself so I can't speak to it. Unless you are embedding something and need to see through it, I wouldn't bother with it.
The pumps work fine. Just leave them in place and pump when you need some. You can also hand measure smaller volume than the pumps dispense if you want to be very frugal with the epoxy.
